GoDaddy (Indian Portal) Net Banking checkout problem

Hello

Is there anybody facing problem during the checkout at godaddy. When i click on the Pay Now button on the end step it gets redirected to the cart. Already wasted 40 Rs. on the call center support but still no solution.
