Well this is odd i entered the codes and the domain purchases went through. But then i was refunded the next day. Godaddy account got verified again but the codes wont work under the same credit card again.

How many domains do you need to renew together in one bulk order to get the bulk discount pricing of $8.29 each? 100 or more? Never tried this.

it depends. all the domains were bought separately in time (maybe up to 10 at once)
if there's an option to renew them at once - i'd use it, if there's no such option - i'll have to renew it one by one

Assuming you're talking about COM domains:
If you renew 155 COM domains in separate orders with the best coupon code out there (bacon3 or another similar code) you will end up paying $8.49 per domain renewal (+ $0.18 ICANN fee so basically $8.67 USD per COM domain renewal). So renewing 155 domains one after the other would cost you $1,343.85 USD.

If you renew 155 COM domains in one bulk order you'll automatically get bulk discount pricing at $8.29 per domain renewal (+ $0.18 ICANN fee so basically $8.47 USD per COM domain renewal). So renewing 155 domains in one bulk order this would cost you $1,312.85 USD.

The Godaddy discount club on the other hand will give you the cheapest COM renewals at (currently) $8.37 per COM domain renewal. So renewing 155 domains through the Godaddy discount club this would cost you $1,297.35 USD.
The problem with the discount club is that it costs you around $60 per year for a membership so you would need to renew a lot more than 155 domains to barely break even.

So in your case since you only have 155 domains to renew a single bulk renewal order of 155 domains would give you the cheapest renewal price.

ConsoliDate renewal does not save you money: The price for using ConsoliDate to change the renewal dates is based on each domain name you select and the number of months required per domain name to renew to the date you specify. Since this is a service you'll basically end up paying more than doing your renewals manually.

You can use a coupon code when buying the club membership to make it cheaper.

For example coupon code cjceb32np will take the yearly godaddy club membership price down from $89.99 USD to $61.19 USD.

You can select all your domains, regardless of them being bought separately in time, and renew them all at once.

When you renew 101 COM domains (or more) in one bulk order you'll automatically get the $8.29 renewal price (+ $0.18 ICANN fee so basically $8.47 USD per COM domain renewal).

Btw, for all the people for whome this code seems to not be working: there's no need to put this coupon code in a link, if the coupon code appears to not be working at the checkout page all you need to do is click the "empty cart" button and then at the Godaddy homepage re-enter your domain(s) to register/transfer. The second time you arrive at the checkout page the coupon code will already be automatically applied.
