GoDaddy Closout Question

hello i need some help.

I just register a domain from goddady closeouts its the first time im using there closeouts platform. My problem is i register a domain via closeouts already received te receipt but when i go to my account i cant find my domain anywhere why?? i tried to contact godaddy via live support but cant find it anywhere just the one you have to pay 20$ im getting frustrated i cant believe a well known company like goddady dont have live support tried calling them but its already closed their office support here in Portugal.

does godaddy closeouts have a time some sort of waiting time before the domain appears in your account

Help would be appreciated

When did you purchase the domain name? Typically the domain name will be placed in your account a week after the auction ends. Go into your auction account and go to "won" and you'll see the domain name listed and also a date when the domain name will be in your account

@rockefeller thanks for the response. I bought the domain 2h ago is that why the domain doesn't show up? do i have to wait a week for the domain to show?

I'm almost certain i don't have a auction account i just have the normal free account. My goddady dashboard is in Portuguese i prefer the english version but theirs nothing i can do. I search for auction account in my godaddy but cant find it or the won auction area so most likely i dont have the auction account.

On GoDaddy's homepage, click on domains than click on auctions.
