I have few doubts regarding Godaddy Closeouts. Please help me understand it better.

1. If the domain gets unsold in Godaddy Closeouts, will it be available to hand register on any other registrar?
2. Do we get the domain's age if we buy it in closeouts?

1. The likelihood is pretty good, but also others can dropcatch it on multiple registrars. First it goes through a (lengthy) redemption period.
