GoDaddy charge without invoice?

I just login to my PayPal account and notice that a charge from GoDaddy for $4.96. I don't know what they charge for don't even receive any receipt/invoice about this. It seem like this is this charge for "TDNAM Membership w/ DomainAlert. Pro Monitoring (annual)"? Anyone know how to avoid this to happen again?

Call up their billing department - 480-505-8855 and ask. =) they should correct this for you and prevent it from happening again.

correct your account settings n change it to manual..in autorenewal ..
call them n they can set it for you ..u might be able to get a refund also if u talk to them nicely..

Finally, figure out how to turn off auto renew for the item that I never know I purchase it.

change your godaddy account turn off renew and check it monthly,
because some item will be auto renew by system.
if not you can't using discount coupons....
