GoDaddy--BIN & Close Out (lock periods to transfer of sale time?)

I know for hand reg's it's 60 days unless pushed to another GD account to bypass.


Question 1.

a BIN i bought for $50 hit my account to day, If I were to list it today how long is the lock, I can't remember, is it 15 day's? I think

Question 2. Same as above but on a Close Out Name ..is it 15 days?

I feel I read that some place before and just can't seem to remember.
