Homes.mobi should be an $1,000,000+/+/+ domain name - given all the hoopla for the .MOBI extension and its future, as well as its "fits with the extension" prior discussions here, and so forth - but I think given the current state of the auctions and .MOBI aftermarket (and not knowing the extent to which mTLD will be enforcing its development!), it'll likely end up in the Insurance.mobi / RealEstate.mobi (Registrant Name: Moniker Privacy Services / parked on Name Server: NS2.FREEREDIRECTION.NET) $XX,xxx range IMHO.

It will be interesting to see who the eventual Buyer is ... and what their specific plans are for its DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTIONS, more importantly! :yell: :imho:

Evidently the guys over at GoDaddy think there's something to them. But then again they also approved 6 two-word names from Buydomains that were all regged recently and I wouldn't have paid reg fee for them let alone the $10k minimum value GoDaddy was looking for to make this auction.

I agree they cannot be talking about the .coms in that auction when they say

So they must be talking about the .mobi's.

P.S.: When you say things are "cooling off" you're clearly wrong - for all the reasons that I and many others have already spelled out in great detail. Take that from someone who has been accused of being a mobi skeptic in this forum, whether or not due to publicly agreeing with Jeff on some key points. :yell:
