GoDaddy $30 for backorder credit is a shameless robbery

To anyone who might be thinking about it, don't.

Don't pay for Godaddy's backorder!!! Backordering is FREE on most auctions sites.

Godaddy doesn't have a chance of securing any domain for you. Use something like Snapnames/NameJet where you only pay after you WIN the domain.

I paid this!!! And only got an email saying they failed. Really? I don't need someone to fail for me i can manage that much. Save those $30 or take your girl to the movies or feed a homeless or set it on fire, won't change the chance of getting the domain!

No, you get credit of 30 dollars, you can use it again for backordering a name, that will not get caught by them.

What they can catch, you can catch by yourself.

To place a backorder you need 1 "backorder credit".

1 credit = $30!

You need 1 credit for each domain you want to backorder.
And they never catch a thing, you can reuse the credit until they catch a domain but that can take forever.

Email them, and ask for refund. It is useless.

Can't by refund policy it has to be bought within 30 days.
