Hello!
I have set a backorder on a domain name set to expire today. I recieved an email two hours ago, saying that they had "Failed to Capture" the name I had backordered.
I checked the status of the domain using the WHOIS at the time I recieved the email, about two hours ago, and checked again just now, and it still has a "PENDINGDELETE"... therefore it hasn't dropped... so they can't have failed to capture it yet!
I have just gone in to my Godaddy account, deleted the backorder and re assigned it again and it also says that it is still at pending delete status... so i dont understand what could have gone wrong.
I know Godaddy's backordering service is rubbish, but has anyone else ever experienced this?
