Globat Webspace Problem

Hey. Has anyone went with Globat for their webspace. i have had some with them the last year or so and im deciding to move on however they have the renew thing which renews my account when its due to expire with them and for the life of me i cannot find how to switch this off in the cpanel. does any fellow globat users know how this is done or will i need to phone customer support. ( which i do not like doing anymore since i think their canadian based and im uk and its inconvienient to say the least )

nobody know how to cancel manually then.. ill need to get in touch with their sales department then
