First of all - site was loaded fast.

Logo is nice, but I think the "we care for you" text should go right, so it starts when the "real" upper logo ends, if you understand me.
I like the dark background, and it looks good with the pictures and the texts.
I tihnk you should consider changing the automated-text window color.

About the blue little menu - I thinkyou should try to edit it and make it more professional, it's TOO simple.

It still needs a lot of work. This looks like you are 10% into development of it.

There are a lot of male nurses these days, so that slutty nurse at the top needs a male friend in a similarly provocative pose.... or you could just remove her, which is probably best.

You can barely see "we care for you", but that is a generic uninspiring slogan and I'm not sure it makes much sense on a business & education type site. If this was a nursing home site and the target was clients, maybe it has a bit more power.

Either fill in the blank space to the right of the logo, or center the logo.

Make the nav bar two tone. The top half one shade of blue and the bottom half a different shade.

I see too many attempts at inspirational phrases "we care for you", "we can help you grow", "Attain your goals" and "It's time to know your path". That is just too much all together like that, and the phrases have little power.

Do something about that huge block of text and don't plagiarize from Wikipedia in the future. Write your own.
