Hello !

After checking for 2 minutes your site I realized that some other colors must be added! I like the blue color but you should add something light as in order to read jokes for a long time , a comfortable color should be there for our eyes !

I would suggest you to use light orange !

Essentially i'm inclined to tell you that your site is a joke.

Seriously, i admire the work you've put in to get all the jokes, categorize them, built the interface/template, etc. There are a few things i'd consider to change, though.
The color scheme throughout the entire site is contrary to the theme of the site; it's supposed to be a fun site, play with colors, be creative, use images, cartoons, anything that transmits jokes, fun, laughter, etc.
Currently, your site is stale, uneventful and almost boring - color wise that is.

The joke of the day and joke of the second are great. Work some on your logo, make it a fun logo to look at, it's also relatively bland at this time.

The empty categories need to either go away or have at least some jokes in there, "0" is never a good number. I've been fighting the same thing with my forum and opted to use less topics and mostly display only topics with content. Where the content is coming from or who wrote it is secondary, as long as you don't show a fat "zero".

Overall, i think it's a project that's well on it's way, a few enhancements and you should be set. Then the next step is embedded/flash video, to give users the opportunity to either upload their own videos or link to videos posted elsewhere. Currently: :tu:+1/2 out of 3

I don't know if I can improve on gj's excellent post, but I will say you should put the Google Ads on the left. With a 1200x800 resolution my screen is stretched and I don't even see them.
