Bulloney's experience with the .gives nTLD was about 120 days ago when I clicked on PingPong.gives. When it took me to a site that gives back about 100K a year, I thought "how cool"...this coming from a 70 year old dude
Since, I've gotten to know the two guys who founded it, and we've developed a pretty good bond. I guess because I didn't fear clicking on the .gives link, it opened doors to other nTLD's like, .live, .today, .tv, .life and a few others. I believe about half of my one thousand domains are nTLD's.
Recently, I picked up a .gives for my Kiwanis Club, it's affiliate high school equivalent Key Clubs and my own church. I've actually picked up these domains to give/gift to them, and I'm currently working on a presentation plan. Just today, I picked up CarWash.gives that I'll leave up to the reader to speculate it's intended use.
