As we know, the risk when using Paypal to get paid is that the buyer reverses the payment (by opening a dispute within 45 days from the purchase). Is the same reversal possible with 1) Payoneer and 2) Skrill ?

I can't tell exactly, but just read their TOS in parts of chargebacks and seller protection. Payoneer is technically a normal credit card so they should check incoming transfers thoroughly. 2CO gives you a perfect protection but it's hard to get approved if you dont have a selling site. FastSpting doesnt allow domain sales. The best in this sense is Bitcoin :alien2:

I've read a tip to limit the consequences of a paypal dispute: send your buyer a CD with codes and instructions to get access to their new domain. You will have a shipment receipt to provide to paypal in case of dispute and you considerably limit the risk.

Or cash
kidding for sure , if the amount is small you have to stick with paypal ,
anyway the safest method to sell domain is via registrar marketplace like Namecheap or Dynadot
put it on sale and ask the buyer to pickup your domain from there .
