GEO Domains! Are they are Really profitable?

I have two geo domain am finding it difficult to sell despite many emails to potential end user..

Reason I asked if they are worthless.

some have value, some don't

but you can browse thru these related threads and see what others say and have tried to sell

some names can be filled by other using other names too

like termite control can be filled by "pest removal" or bug killers

and design firms can have their own name, like "hdg designs" and be located in LA and not need your name.

Just my opinion but

The first one is an H2 phrase and not an H1
The second one should have the word Houston at the beginning.

 

pestcontrol would have better impact for the second one....IMO

Personally, I love Geo's as lead generators, however, it really comes down to the way you are presenting it to potential end-users, as to whether or not they can visualize the same benefits of such developments for their own company to acquire fresh leads.

 

To put it in perspective over half of the 53 biggest U.S. cities are available with termite control in the name but with pest control none are available. What is available to still register will many times give you an idea if the name has value or not. If many companies or domainers don't register most of the other cities with those keywords then chances are the name has little value.

 

I have FortLee.net for an asking price just under 7k. The best market I think is real estate, selling condos on the Hudson. But, what other end user do you think would be interested?
