GD Auctions : Then?

Hi,

I would like to know how it works @GD auctions after you sold a name...I mean..a real user experience!

I am an international seller so I filled the frigging W-8BEN form : ticked

I gave them the PayPal account ( not in my name but that doesn't matter ) : ticked

How long does it take for them to pay?

Even more important...Will it be price of the domain minus 10% ( GD Fee ) ? Or price of the domain minus 10% minus taxes according to the frigging form?

Sorry guys I haven't worked out yer what that form is for; some say it's only for parking revenues, some say is for everything...PLEASE SHARE your experience!

I just completed a sale there and I actually found them incredibly responsive and the process was fast - in fact they put a lot of pressure on me to do my steps as quickly as possible which I appreciated because I'm sure they did the same to the buyer. Sorry I don't know how long it will take them to pay but I have been impressed with their responsiveness so far. I don't believe they took taxes out the last time I sold there but I will confirm when I get paid this time. Best of luck!

My experience has been that once the domain is transferred to the buyer it just takes a couple of days to get paid. And no, they don't deduct any taxes.

gd hands down has mega traffic and great place to sell but they wait to long from when buyer pays till they ok transfer, also known as pending payment verification
