SportsBet & SportsBetting domains will skyrocket in value ---
Online sportsbet/sportsbetting will be legal online in the USA in a few months, according to the media (but let's see, as I don't believe all states will agree)
Even Sportsbetting.info, which sold for 5 figures, a few months ago will now seem like a steal,

I see where SportsBetting.info sold for 20 K USD in Novermber
Sportsbet.com.br sold for 5,889 USD in Deecember
Sportsbetting.in (India) 42,300 USD

SportsBet.com, SportsBet.net, SportsBet.org , SportsBet.co are well developed sites -- owned by the same entity or group
Surprised they haven't scooped up SportsBet.me? Maybe they acquired SportsBet.app,
SportsBet.io well developed site, but not avail in the USA, which will change with the new ruling, I assume

Interesting article,

https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...ports-betting-paspa-law-new-jersey/440710002/
Some of the legislation – like one proposal in Pennsylvania – requires a one-time license fee of up to $10 million, along with a tax of as much as 34% on gross receipts, something AGA senior vice president of public affairs Sara Slane told USA TODAY Sports could be a non-starter for potential operators.

Looks like you might need some very deep pockets to start a legit sportsbook in some of these states!

Also,

<rant>
My personal view is that in the coming years there will be an up-tick in divorces, increased personal debt, bankruptcy, domestic violence, crime and substance abuse as a result of this. I'm not against gambling, but I am against stupid, irresponsible people. (And God knows we have a lot of them!)

vvvvv OUCH! @equity78!!! vvvvv
Por que?!?!?

@TestCase

Increase in personal debt? Absolutely, the pawn shops and payday loan businesses are booing nationwide. Not sure if it's related to bad decisions, consumerism, loss of jobs, medical bills, vices, etc

I've never bet more than a few dollars on a game --- always just for fun. But obviously, people lose millions.

@Mayer -- yeah, could be good investments.

With the legalization of sports betting taking place after the Supreme Court struck down PASPA there will be a boom in the legal US sports wagering business, so I've decided to put my domain, OnlineSportsbet.com up for sale. It's a great time to start building a business in the new US friendly sports betting market and this is a perfect gambling related domain.

I got a low ball offer for BetJunction.com on GoDaddy soon after this news came out. I am consolidating my portfolio so I pushed to auction and it's going well so far :xf.grin:

Today's edition of DNJournal noted that USBetting.org sold for $15k recently.

Huh! I wonder how much the com and net versions would go for...

A good news. In light of the above, @namesilo might want to add appropriate category or categories into their marketplace which becomes more and more popular... and really has some good domains with instant delivery :) It appears that at this time domains in betting (or general gambling) niches can only be found in (or submitted to) generic "games" category, or maybe "sports" in case of sportsbetting. It should also be noted that it is and always was OK to buy/sell/trade gambling/betting domain names, as such an activity was never limited or otherwise restricted by U.S.

Might be more.

...and you will post them all here? :alien3:

This was supposed to be thread for sharing information on this topic, not a showcase, there's another thread for that.

Thanks @tonyk2000 - We've added a "Gambling" category.
