I am wondering will Google start accepts ads for online gambling again after this news. And show them on gambling related parked domains.... At some point of time they did, and ppc payouts were great. Good old times....

Last time I checked, the only ads somewhat related to gambling were of paper books about "betting systems" and the like, with low ppc. And I am unsure whether they were shown to all countries including U.S...Would be interesting to see updates here. Or am I overoptimistic here? They already in fact almost "killed" domain parking, with or without gambling ads...

What do you mean "starts again"? Google has been accepting online sports betting keywords for the last 6 months.

Try keywords "sportsbook top" and you will see ads. Several other sportsbook and sports betting keywords are available for bidding. I ran several Google campaigns during the Super Bowl. The keywords like sports betting go for 10+ dollars a click to get on the first page. That is why I bought a lot of sports betting domains recently.

Sportsbetting.bid
Sportsbetting.coach
Sportsbetting.futbol
Sportsbetting.expert
Sportsbetting.science.
Sportsbetting.mba

Also some sportsbook related domains because "sportsbook +keyword" are atleast $4 a click to be on the first page.
Sportsbook.ms (Mississippi will be taking sports bets soon)
Sportsbook.promo (sportsbook promotions & bonus are expensive keywords in the US)
Sportsbook.pub
Sportsbook.world

Did you target non-U.S. markets? Must be the case, since, at least at the time of this writing, google still does not appear to serve U.S. visitors with gambling ads. As per "adwords policy" --> "Advertising policies help" --> "Gambling and games":
(quote begin)
We support responsible gambling advertising and abide by local gambling laws and industry standards, so we don’t allow certain kinds of gambling-related advertising.... Gambling ads must target approved countries.

Coutry requirements for the United States:
Google doesn't allow advertising for Internet-based games where money or other items of value are paid or wagered in order to win a greater sum of money or other item of value. Google allows ads promoting the following online gambling by state-run entities: Lotteries. Advertisers must also be certified with Google.
(quote end).

No problems with most non-U.S. English-speaking markets though.

Nope. I targeted US only SEM campaigns. The T&C don't mean jack if they allow you to do it. Several competitors have already spent six figures on it.

I expect a lot of new sports gambling to take place once the NFL season starts. Around Christmas time we should start getting a lot of media reports about guys who lost everything gambling.
So I got.
