I trade in brandable .com domains, but don't have time to properly market my unlisted portfolio. I am looking for a full-time domainer / broker with an excellent record to sell names on my behalf. I have about 400 domains, mostly brandables, in my unlisted portfolio.
The deal:
- You take possession of the domains.
- You sell them in any way you like, for whatever you can get.
- You keep 70% of the sale price. Pay my share via Paypal.
- You pay renewal, but entirely up to you whether to renew each domain or not.
My share of sale value:
During 1st year (before renewal): 30%
During 2nd year (after renewal): 30%
3rd year + (after second renewal): 0% - i.e. the domains become yours and I forfeit my share.
