Broker Needed - Lower Value Domains High Commission

I have a folio of around 60 domains, many are just $XXX domains which I don't have time to sell (I've moved over to Brokerage full time) and a few possible $XXXX perhaps higher (end-user value is very different to what would be expected of a resale)

Commission:

$XXX - 20%
$X,XXX - £200 + 25% of value over $1000
$XX,XXX - $2700 + 30% value over $10,000

(Price once Escrow fees subtracted)

I'm looking for the broker to use their own Escrow account for any sales above $3,000 (2% extra commission rewarded for this off sale price). They are welcome to use their own for any transaction under $3000 and will still receive the extra commission. Any other details can be discussed.
