I am seeking to contact a Domain Broker with proven experience in selling premium assets, specifically in the High-Value New TLD (.Store) niche, to manage the sale of my entire portfolio.
The portfolio is comprised of 45 unique and strategically acquired .Store domains.
Portfolio Highlights:
- Ultra-Rare Assets (4L): Multiple Four-Letter (4L) and Five-Letter (5L) domains with premium combinations (including 'X', 'Y', 'Z', 'Q') such as Qyza.Store, Buxx.Store, and Aizyx.Store.
- Technology and Keywords: Domains with intrinsic brand value, like Plexify.Store (-ify termination), Cashea.Store (high keyword value), and Vykant.Store.
- Anchor Names: The Krunchy.Store domain and the extreme brandable Texxxa.Store.
Broker Requirements:
- Payment Model: We only consider a commission-on-success model. There will be no upfront costs, listing fees, or advance payments.
- Commission: Open to negotiating a fair commission (e.g., 15%-20%) based on the final sale price.
- Professional Valuation: The selected broker must review and propose their own BIN (Buy It Now) and reserve pricing strategy for the entire portfolio.
- Exclusivity: Willing to sign an exclusivity agreement for a period of 6 to 12 months.
