Freshdrop Unfairly Charging My Account: What to Do?

Hello everyone, I recently signed up for a 7 day free trial with Freshdrop, however I emailed them before the trial ended that I wanted to end the trial before I get charged. However they never responded and they ended up charging my debit card and now I'm highly upset with what happened. I emailed them numerous times before my trial ended but they never responded to any of my emails. Its very hard to get in touch with them especially since I cannot find a phone number for that company on their site. Has anyone ever went through this and is there a solution for an issue like this so I could eventually stop getting charged and get my refund hopefully? Thanks.

They been doing this for long time....not able to remove the card also...no response for emails.....what can be done ?

Dispute the charges with your credit card company.

They r doing it every month ....is freshdrop owner in np .....I had to change my dc to stop their charges....

Just a guess, but if you don't get an answer to your E-mails, it could be a spam trap at work somewhere at either end. Huge source of misunderstandings.

Found this thread by google search. Did they respond you / refund you yet? I have also used their trial service few days back but didn't like it so told them to cancel my subscription but today I see my card has been charged $19.95 from Freshdrop.
