Hello everyone, I recently signed up for a 7 day free trial with Freshdrop, however I emailed them before the trial ended that I wanted to end the trial before I get charged. However they never responded and they ended up charging my debit card and now I'm highly upset with what happened. I emailed them numerous times before my trial ended but they never responded to any of my emails. Its very hard to get in touch with them especially since I cannot find a phone number for that company on their site. Has anyone ever went through this and is there a solution for an issue like this so I could eventually stop getting charged and get my refund hopefully? Thanks.
