Namecheap charging for sth I did't use.

Hello
I was transfering a domain from namecheap to another registrar. While the domain was being transfered , as it was going to expire, I tried to renew it.
Allright up to that moment, i received an email saying

Reason(if available):Name cannot be extended. Registry response is: Object status prohibits operation:SRS Major Code: 5150:SRS Minor Code: 51502:--DOMAIN_STATUS_DOES_NOT_ALLOW_TO_RENEW:Domain is pending transfer; Renewal prohibited

I tried two times, and in both mails said

Sub Total $8.88
TOTAL $0.00

Now, i received my CC resume, and the charged me 17.86dolars, what should i do? i sent namecheap an email, I didn't renew the domain or register a new one, they are charging for something i couldnt do and it said it was 0$

Domain Registration Date: Tue Nov 22 18:48:20 GMT 2005
Domain Expiration Date: Wed Nov 21 23:59:59 GMT 2007
That is the year added by the new registrar. Otherwise they should have added 2 years more.
