advice Forgot my hostingdude.com login details? HELP

Pls,does anyone here has a clue on how to regain my login details with hostingdude domain registrar, it is urgent ,i have requested for the passport but up till this moment,more than 24 hours no mail that contain my log in details..
Pls who can help me pls

I know both my email and I only have a domain with them

Did you try resetting your password using your email? If not you can do this through this page:

I have tried that ,but they keep failing to send me the password reset mail

This looks like a GoDaddy reseller. If you are sure you're using the correct email and the forgot password email is not in your spam folder then I suggest to contact GoDaddy support and let them know the issue you're having.
