idotz.net problem plz help

hi,
i sold a domain.it is from www.idotz.net
i cant login to idotz when try to push the name to buyer account
my id and pass word is correct
tried many times
so i try to submit a ticket.i gave my email id which i use for the account
i get error message saying that the email does not exist in their record
i have their both welcome letter that got when joined also the mail which i bought the name push details
what should i do now?

ya i tried
i even tried to open a ticket but get error message saying that my email does not exist in their records

i cannot telephone coz i am from india and i cant imagine making international calls
i again tried many times to login or use the forget password link
but the same problem continiues

then couple of days ago i contacted the previous owner of the name and asked him whether they resetted the name back to his account again
i got reply that he doesent have the name to his account

what should i do?
