Australian Style Pty Ltd Cancelled My Account - Rouge Registrar?

Does anyone know anything about the registrar AUSTRALIAN STYLE PTY LTD ?

I won a domain through Pool some time back and was trying to renew the domain with the login details provided from the initial domain registration email but when I try to log in it says, "Account Cancelled". It is not an offensive or illegal nature domain in any way.

I tried contacting them by email and phone with no success and when I contacted Pool they just gave me the info. they had and said "Good Luck, you need to deal with them".

So, the domain will be expiring in less than a month and I have exhausted all avenues - even complaining to ICANN.

I really don't want to lose this domain. Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks co2, I had not run across those sites when looking for more info about them. There had been some anecdotal evidence that the domain had been run through Answerable, but of that I am not sure. Answerable did not answer my emails either - but I have come to expect that from them also.
