Flippa Customer Service sucks to the core.

One of the worst customer services I have ever come across, their integrity team is purely biased and just act according to their own rules, esp a Gentlemen named JOSH W

What a shame for a business in this industry for a long time, its loosing its name just coz of some rotten tomatoes out there,

Shame on you guys have some ethics , etiquette's and be professional.

They have mistaken my Identity and suspended my account,

I have submitted all the proofs I can still they are acting Biased esp this guy named JOSH W he is very rude in replying and just acts according to his own set of rules.

Is there some one at Flippa that I need to contact in order to get my account back in running.

Plz help.

probably you didnt get a chance to meet with Parnell P or JOSH W.

You will change your statement after you encounter those guys.

I have no affiliation with Flippa other than being a member. I have dealt with JOSH W several times and all is well.

You should contact Help@Flippa .com for more ...

I have been a Flippa user, I have bought and sold several domain names there. I really appreciate their Customer Service. They are very prompt and very much supportive.

I have no problem with Flippa...I think you should get in touch with some other Flippa Executive who can resolve your issue.

I have always had good service from the folks at Flippa customer support, you might want to raise the issue with Flippadomains here on NP.

I have purchased a website from a Flippa seller - he listed the site on sale at flippa but it didn't meet the Reserve so it was not sold. I was following that sale, so the seller sent me a PM to contact his on Skype for further details.

As advised I contacted the seller on Skype and wee agreed for a deal and I pay the total amount to the concerned person, and got my website transferred in couple of days.

And after a week or so I have listed this site on for sale, but then the Flippa team comes in and thought it was a duplicated account and temporarily suspended my account and asked me submit proofs like Passport, Recent face pics along with the Passport (though I felt really irritated but I still sent them) and my communication with the seller (I sent nearly 90 screenshots of Skype conversation) and the PDF document which ad our deal.

They also verified my phone number, and address by asking me to remove the who is privacy for my domain (and I followed) and verified my Paypal account by deducting a small amount (around $7) .

So I have sent all the information they needed, by the way they have asked for a original pic on my passport which was taken 5yrs ago I got bit frustrated with the delay and referred the concerned Flippa team member as Sir, and asked them when my account will be r-activated.

Seems like it hurt their ego and banned my account stating I have duplicate account, when I only have one account. I have asked them to show a proof that I own multiple accounts and I get no response from them.

This gentleman named JOSH W was the one who banned my account, don't know what agenda he has in his mind.

I would request any help in this regard and want to re-activate my account at the earliest as it hitting my reputation very badly.

not sure , coz the sale happend outside Flippa (I sent the seller Mobile transfer)

They probably banned you temporarily until their investigation is finalised.

The real mistake was that you concluded the website sale deal outside Flippa, through private conversation (skype) and moreover you had the same website listed in Flippa, that might have alerted them that you bought the website bypassing Flippa norms.
Somewhere I also learnt that you were in Canada and now in India, that also may be a reason why they suspect you have different account.
Having said above, you still have the chance that the ban will be removed if you gave an undertaking that you will not break the terms and condition in future.
