First time an offer received through Sedo for eplata.com. So what tactics??

hi pals,

in last two years i have sold several Spanish, German and Italian domains.

Now i have a domain listed at Sedo-

Eplata.com means electronic Silver registered at Indian registry.

Now yesterday i have got an offer of 60usd through them as Sedo states it is through their MlS partner Godaddy.

i have made 80$ to that buyer.
Now sedo brokerage is 50$
So if Party accept it i will get 30usd.

Now my question is- Is it a wise decision to offer 80$ instead of accepting 60$ ??

Now what will happen to Domain transfer...is there anyway to make it for free???

Should i ask for more Dollars than 80usd as my buy now price was 500usd.

If you are happy to sell it for 30 USD profit then its great.

Mostly I just ignore 60 USD offers because what I get is 10 and that doesn't even covers the reg fee and the effort that it took me to enter that domain in the registration box and press "Buy Now" button on godaddy :D If the domain name is 2 or 3 years old then it won't even cover the renewals so that's it.

I got an offer of 100 USD on a domain and I countered with 5000 and it was accepted by the buyer. [Now that was great because you never know]

Sometimes I counter with 10,000 and sometimes 5000 and sometimes 15000. Whatever comes to my mind. :D

now i know what happened--

Someone has registered eplata.net on 28th dec and whois info is hidden. So i think that prospective buyer is looking for my domains and made an offer.
