First PayPal scam attempt from recent email breach

I got a really nice looking email from "PayPal" this morning which included both my first and last name. The graphic was very good, the text was well written with no ESL issues. It asked me to comment on their security issues.

Funny looking URL's though

I presume this is the result of my name and email address getting into the wild as a result of the recent hack of the large email processing company.
