Yet again I have received another paypal scam 2nd this week...nothing new

Nice, creative, professional, and spelled correctly too bad that the person who wrote it will face some serious trouble when he/she is caught. :p

At least the spelling errors are an easily identifiable red flag.. I've seen some that are perfect clones of Paypal's real mailings.. with the URL being so close to https://paypal.com that if you didn't really take the time to look closely, you might get caught..

General thumb.. when you get an email from Paypal saying anything (complaint.. account going to "expire", etc) don't click on any links in the email. Just visit http://www.paypal.com and log into your account directly. If there is any sort of problem, you will see it in there easily enough.
