First Impression with Pool.com - Not good

Anyone else use Pool.com for back ordering domains?

I created an account last night, gave them all of my info including my CC #. I was prompted that I would be receiving an email shortly for validation purposes.

It's been 12 hours and I haven't received anything from Pool.com. All inquiries with customer service have gone unanswered.

So far, I'm not impressed...

Today I sent a mail to [email protected] and could not be delivered. Also with [email protected].
Anyone with the same trouble? Is there a support mail address?

Sorry to say that Pool has deteriorated lately.

Pool used to be a great dropcatcher, but I don't know what has happened in the past two years or so.

I'm not saying that Pool is unethical--From my experience, this company has been very ethical in its business dealings, but it seems to have fallen behind in its drop-catching tools.
