You can locate the domain name in the order list.

If the transaction went through the weekend, it should have been done by Monday. That is not the case here, so send the support an email. Or else there is a member here by name Rasman, pm him and find out.

They are not very fast, especially if this was for a ccTLD domain..

I always have to give Pool a kick to get any domains I win transferred to my NameScout account.

I don't know why but every time I win a domain I have to email service (at) pool.com and ask them to push it across.

They always push it within a few days of me emailing but it's just a bit of a pain having to chase them.

Update:
Now after 5 days of writing emails, etc I still have not heard anything from them. They have not even bothered to answer to any of my emails! :td:

This is definately the last time I have backordered a domain from pool.

Customer Service is not really so hard pool. Look at snapnames!

But I guess there is a reason why they are number one in the market.

Any other ways of getting hold of someone at pool anyone?

Fabian
