I tried that site. It has a great list, but I prefer to manually go through ads on my site and weed out the MFA and competing sites. It does work however, these sites crop up in the hundreds if not thousands daily. Google is cracking down though.

MFA = Made For AdSense and yes it's those sites with little to no content and all ads. It can also be a site with auto generated content that makes no sense.
