Few questions..ccTLD..parking..etc

hi guys ..this is my first post ..i decided to start domains business..and
I just started learning..
..so i have few questions..(maybe some are obvious )
..
1-if a domain has something make sense..potential ..and it didn't sell ..what are the possibilities of making money with it ? i know parking is one of them ..here comes 2nd question :
2-if i parked a domain ..its exact keyword has a lot of search volume in google ..will my domain appear in search results later?
or the traffic source is only if someone typed the exact url ?
3-does the the type of tlds affect the seo ? ( .com first for example? ) or it depends on the site itself?
and if a domain has ccTLD..will this give it more chance to appeare first when someone searchs in the same country ?

4- registering ccTLD ..is it exclusive for country citizens ? or anyone can do it from anywhere ?

1. you may have to hold a domain 10years or more before it sells
2. some parked domains are / or do get listed in search engines, but many do not.
it all depends on the domain and extension
3. only websites can benefit from seo and it ranking depends on content and keywords of that website.
cctlds may have chance of getting higher ranking, within a cctld search engine, but that too may depend on content and keywords.
4. depends on the cctld, as some have citizen restrictions.
