Fastest (Realtime?) .ES domain registration?

Hi, this is a question for those who have registered .ES domains. Which registrar is the fastest to actually register (secure) .ES domains?.

I 'registered' a .ES domain @ idotz.net about 13 days ago and it still shows as available at the .ES whois. I've sent them numerous support requests and finally got a reply. They told me they won't refund my payment until nic.es SPECIFICALLY rejects the application, since they review them manually, and that there is no set time frame for that. So, for all I know, someone else could apply at another registrar and get the name, and if they (nic.es) don't notify idotz.net, they won't refund my payment. I'd like to try another registrar to secure the name.

Thanks for the info, tetrapak. How fast was it? like a few hours or a few days?.

It took only a few hours, even nameserver change took only a few minutes max an hour.

There is no problem as there is always a queue of applications to some name. You can go to nic.es then check your domain, the press button to register and see, that something like "1 application is pending, want to register?" appears.
So don't afraid of this. Sometimes they are veeeery slow.

Eurodns is fast.
There are places to register .es cheaper.
