We recently had one of our business domain expire on internet.bs and renewed it shortly after although I find that we're still being redirected to the parking ads page.
Can I check if anyone have experience with this and whether any DNS update is needed? I tried to update the DNS on internet.bs though it's still displaying the right DNS on whois.domaintools.com though the page is still redirectling to an ad page?
Been really frustrated with internet.bs recently their support is dismal and they don't allow you to use account funds unless it's an EXACT match which is ridiculous so I thought it'd be better to get some help from you guys rather than chatting with their super slow and unresponsive support.
