I have several city/GEO names that generate a huge lot of Google search results, one of them over 50mn and another about 20mn (the latter represents a large American city and also about 30 other American cities with same name). Also I have other one-word city/GEO names, which do not have so many Google search results, but all of them are for cities that have at least 1mn population.
So, my proposal is:
I can exchange my names for your unpopular names (if you have any) that return little results in Google. The financial terms of the deal are to be agreed. In general, if your name returns less results, then I would welcome a payment from you, unless you can show me that a name with fewer results has same value.
