In exact match searches, it is estimated to get exact number of traffics from Google search engine if it is on the first position.
For example:
Google adwords keyword tool is telling 2500 exact match searches for "dating tips"
then you need to optimize your keyword for the first position..
I think you would get around 50% of 2500 if you are on first position..

Further I would like to know the difference between:
"broad search", "exact search" and "phrase search" ?...

exact searches for exact keywords
and broad searches for any of the word included in the keyword.....
So broad searches are higher than exact searches...... and you always have to consider exact searches if you are going to optimize that keyword.
