.eu domain registration should be cancelled and should start from the begining again.
As european citizen i will join a movement to achieve this and his preparing documents to sent to european justice and to protest again all the registration process.

The registars should not be allowed to register domains (thousand) just to make business. Some registrars keeped the domains for them instead of sell them to their customers.
EurID should not allowed organizations have more than x domains... well just some examples of what going wrong...

The .eu registration did not defended the european citizens interests...

I still believe in the European organizations. Our representatives are there (paid by us) to defend citizens and not business jungle.
What happened was an assault to a resource that belongs to all European citizens.

Other question : When can we start to operate our domain? Anyone knows? I tried to configure my domain GoToHellEuroID.eu :hehe: , but it seems that it is not possible.

Although I do not have evidence and I am reaching conclusions with only a whiff of bearly noticeable irregularities I feel I have to voice the opinion that I suspect at least one and maybe more of the big buyers of benelux trade marks is backed up by South American drugs money. Also investment companies have approached registrars and offered to pay a premium if their names are put at the front of their queue pushing out of the way those who have been pre-registering for months. Of course, their is in what in the stock market would be called insider trading. I do not think Eurid had any regulations stating those who own or work for registrars are not allowed to take the pick of names for themselves and their families. I think they should have.

We will try the European Parliament and our elected deputies and also the european comission.
People involved knows what they are doing... There is ALSO a political issue here ... not only juridical... but also, there is a a resource that belong to all european citizens not to some big companys make money...

The European Parliament won't be albe to do anything, its out of thier hands now, the deed has been done. You cannot expect thousands of registrars to refund everyone and for Eurid to reset the whole thing. Its never going to happen, not in a million years!

Big business will always find a way to beat the system, not a lot you can do apart from grin a bear it.

well i know someone who regged 50k .eu names.. i wonder if they only limit each person lets say errm 50 domains max ..i wonder how it goes... then be submitting his fathers name his mothers name , wife name, son's name n etc
well its unfair n that how the world goes.. like the other day someone say american embassy tried to apply for america.eu but was rejected n given to some hosting company.. sounds sad n those ppl who manipulate trademarks rights just to get the domain... well everybody will trademark poker.eu or smth like that..

you mean they're being unfair to even citizens as well? well im just spectator good luck it's interesting to note that 666.eu, satan.eu, antichrist.eu are all registered. i should have purchased those and sell it to the antichrist.
