Reason for sale:
Need to get enough money together for closing costs and to pay off a loan asap - just found out today that i got approved for a mortgage - so i'm buying a house So I have to sell my cash cow.

Started site end of January.
Let the site lag a little - ie no updates - no link exchanges - no advertising etc.,
And it still brought in 1100 a month.

This month I updated the layout - added some new generators - and got back into updating regularly and advertising this past week or so. Advertising methods will be released to purchaser only.

Traffic Stats: Average of 5 to 6k uniques a day - when I let it lag. I've gotten back into it the past while so the past week has been fluctuating between 7k to 14k to 27k yesterday.

Revenue : Originally only used fastclick - then converted to a mixture of fastclick and google.

April was the first month that i split the ads between fastclick and google.


If you live in the US and get a YPN account - then the revenue would be crazy good. I wish I had it thats for sure.

Bulletins are only the current method that i'm using. ie the past week or two.

As for advertising cost - before this month nothing.
The past two weeks I've spent $80.00.

the bulletins is only for this week - i was just going on a spree with them. None of the 1100 or 6k a day traffic rely on bulletins. Those are default with doing nothing.

It hasnt been like that since the beginning. The bulletins. Just a week.

I just meant i wont even considering anything under 9k. Someone has offered me 3k before - which is insulting almost.

12k is the minimum i would even consider selling it at if no higher bids come in - 9k - would take a heck of lot to accept - but its worth considering.

Unfortunately most people here dont have that sort of money to invest, and with fluctuating traffic most big investors wont even look. You'll be lucky to get a couple months rev.. there are literally thousands of myspace websites out there and new turnkeys are churned out everyday.

i think you'd only get about 3k and if your lucky 4.5k.
Theres alot of free site scripts for myspace sites and they're popping up all the time, so my advice to you is you might as well keep it unless you're prepared ot let it go for 3-4.5k
