Hello,

I've got the following site for sale: www.filelodge.com

If I don't get a good offer I'll obviously carry on running it :).

The site is making between $10 and $30 a day. The reason for this is a varied CTR, for some reason we have the odd day when it falls a bit. Although normally stays at around 1%. At a 1% CTR you can expect around $30 altogether in the day.

We use two ad services, google adsense and Fastclick (for the skyscraper).

We're currently getting around 16,000 visits a day, and have nearly 3,000 members, which is growing all the time.

Referer list, stats etc, can be provided under request. :)

The design is 100% unique and I can include the PSD with the sale.

Thanks.

What kind of traffic does the site get? Any "natural" search engine traffic? Do you have unique visitor and referral stats? Why did you change servers? How much bandwidth is used per month? What are the hosting costs per month? How many users, and how many files are hosted on the site?

How do you mean? The traffic is mainly blog users etc looking for a place to put background music, images etc on.

Any "natural" search engine traffic?
We have some "natural" search engine traffic from msn, nothing big yet since the site is fairly new.

Do you have unique visitor and referral stats?
Yes, I do, I can PM you if you're interested.

Why did you change servers?
We changed servers because we started on a shared hosting account, which we quickl y outgrowed.

How much bandwidth is used per month?
Currently we're using around 55gb a day, 1650gb a month, the server has 1600gb of OUTGOING bandwidth, 75% of the traffic is ingoing, which we get for free. (ingoing = uploading files) (outgoing = downloading files).
So you're only paying for around 400gb of bandwidth if you choose to stay with Optyweb.

What are the hosting costs per month?
Hosting currently costs $110/month

How many users, and how many files are hosted on the site?
14405 files, 3584 folders, 29.04GB total. (for hosted files alone)

As of this post there are 3,017 registered users. (was around 2700 at end of yesterday. :)

What x$ are you looking for?

I'm thinking mid-high $xxxx.

Thanks.

I can include the server in the sale and the rest of this month. (wouldn't have to pay until October 1st).

To all that is bothered by bandwidth:
INBOUND traffic for the server is absolutely free, I'm only paying for outgoing bandwidth and I have 1600gb of outgoing bandwidth with the server. (Server is only $110/mo at www.optyweb.com).

http://optyweb.com/mrtg2/206.223.156.130_28-day.png

As you can see, the green is inbound traffic, which is free and the blue is outbound traffic. (what is being paid for).

So really, I'm only using around 10-20% of the 1600gb allocated per month. It's also on a 100mbit port, so no problems there for a good amount of time. :)
