I`m offering my image hosting site www.wirefiles.com for sale.
The site has been up since around february last year as a site for my friends which I then made public with some slow attempts to monetize it.
I then added adsense and bought a new image hosting script. I promoted it a bit and it got popular pretty quickly so it started to make some money.
I`m hosting it at Dreamhost right now which offers 1 Terabyte of monthly bandwidth (PM me for discount promo codes!), so that`s been working without any problems.It averages around 1K unique visitors per day.
It`s got a PR4 in the latest update.
The site is running the Ultimate Image Hosting script (which I`m also selling without the site if anyone`s interested).It`s got some very nice features like newsletter mailings, different account levels,paypal integration,iamge watermarking, thumbnail generation and more.
I`ve been running Adsense and fastclick on it but I`m not very good at monetizing.Still it`s paying for itself and anyone with some experience can make some nice money.Below are some visitor and income stats:

The starting bid for this site is $150. BIN price is $350 (less than 10 months of revenues)
