today i renewd my domain
i want to renew for few more years when i try to renew this error appears
ERROR : There is already an open order for this domain.

Please can u tell me why is that error appearing 4 me
plz detailz cuz am a newbie

it used to be at godaddy now i transfered it to namepros
i renewd some years i still want to renew more but i am not able to do so this error is appearing

open order means the transaction hasn't finished?

how much time does it need to get done and i can add more years ?
Cant i modify the order and add more years ?

Give it 24 hours, if it still gives you the same error, we'll look into it further.
Chances are, however, that multiple transactions just weren't stacking up correctly for some reason.
