I have(had?) a name with them. They sent me a renewal email weeks ago. I tried to renew. Got an error page.
( [r6] Error Message: You have already added a renew order for this domain )
I told them about it. They did not reply.
Today I receive an email saying that the domain is expired and will be deleted shortly.
I try to renew again.
Got this message again.
"[r6] Error Message: You have already added a renew order for this domain"

If anyone here knows works with Registerdub, please let me know ASAP.

RegisterDub belongs to NP member iNod -- he's very reputable and helpful, but I haven't talked to him in quite a while. I think he tends to respond to PMs pretty quickly, though...

Yes he did - but he ended up getting it back for what ever reason. He's provided me with support on a number of things in the last year, including as recently as 2-3 months ago.

Just drop him a line and he will get things straightened away for you.
