My focus in this forum is to learn and improve with domains, not to create conflict.

Based on the feedback I've received about this post, I think it's best to remove my comments from this thread and stay focused on domains.

Good for Epik, I think trump is fucking insane, but it's not about Trump, It's about a bunch of people that want to talk and discuss their political views. There are racist people that incite violence everywhere. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, I don't see the difference between those platforms. Only a small percentage of people who use Parler incite violence.

 

Guys I think you jumped the gun epik has put out a statement they have not signed them up for hosting. If they choose to move a domain there, not much they can do about it.

Use “one event” opportunity to reflect on the whole and cancel the whole platform.

 

And these make the most noise.
It's basically the same everywhere, except that the large platforms like FB or Twitter limit what users can see (to show you posts you are likely to agree to) - That way, there are "limited damages", only the neutral users can get hurt, but they are also less in numbers.
A good moderation team can help prevent that, or alternative solutions (Parler had some like self filtering)

 

That is what they are saying, read the statement they have not agreed to it. If a company moves a domain to Epik by their own freehand, they can’t really stop that. They haven’t agreed to hosting anything.

Did anybody notice the domain name is not resolving.

 

Censor the hate, not the platform.

Epik, Gab & Parler are not hate, only people hate and therefore we must educate people.

 

Finally the way it should be, no big forum debates, instead a link to an official company post.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Thousands of people got suspended from twitter including me. We had to go to Parler because twitter does not like the truth to get out so they suspend you. Since Antifa uses twitter you should condemn them.

I never heard anything about Parler enabling hate.

 

Do you understand mainstream companies not wanting anything to do with sites that have kidnapping, murder, inciting violence type stuff? And that kind of content I imagine is against the TOS?
