domain Enquiries on 2 names, what do you think is the current value?

I have received enquiries to purchase the below 2 .tv names. I'm in no real rush to sell, unless I get the right offe but am curious as to what you guys think as to the values of these names in the current market.

The 2 names are JetSkiing & Restaurante (Restaurant in Spanish) - These are in the .tv extention

Both names are non-premium renewals.
