When thinking about pricing, how do you price your domains and what format has worked for you?

how i price varies from name to name and method is proprietary
however, some are BIN and some are Make Offer

i've had,
offers on BIN priced names that have sold just under the BIN
offers on Make Offer names, that have sold after negotiating
and i have sold names at BIN price.
