My take:
It's not a CRISIS, it's an OPPORTUNITY.
As the prices are driven down by slow demand, there are bargains to be had, especially for a long hold.
The global economic crisis is forcing people to reassess the value of almost everything. The ad shakeup is accelerating. Digital media is quickly grabbing ad market share from analog (print, billboard, non-interactive electronic). The domain industry is a good place to be. Drop quality has risen as the baby gets thrown out with the bath water, further fueled by the end of tasting. This may be the last positive strategic inflection point for the domain industry before an inevitable future demise. What do you think the "Economy Crisis" is doing to the Domain industry?
