Of course. The domain market is part of the larger economy, so it only makes sense.

Less Available Money = Less Spent on Domains

Affects to resale market? Yes

Affects to end user market? No

Exactly. It seems to have effected flippers the most. For people who hold quality domains and make end user sales there is little to no effect.

Yes and no.

Basically, it's a simple reality that people are more likely (right now) to save that budget excess whereas 6 months ago they'd more likely spend it. People are spending less across the board, and times like these are when you'll see cutbacks in areas that are for hobbies or maybe even just done on the side. I've felt that there is an obvious slowdown when it comes to domain resellers and flippers. (The category of people that you'd find at places like here at Namepros.)

The other side of the coin is that the internet offers (and domains by extension and necessity of use) a place where a business can start with minimal costs. For this reason, domains dealing with end users will probably continue to do okay. When someone needs that domain, they need that domain. For example, things are tighter for me, but I just picked up an end-user domain for my future in-laws for their local business.

No, I don't think so. There is no impact or effect on the domain sales due to the current economy crisis. I think this is the correct time to buy domain nemes as an investiment for who they think as it an business. So, that they can have all the premiere domain names and sell them when they need.
