Ebay's Partnership with Payoneer, was it a prudent decision?

Ebay closed all the accounts who do not have account with Payoneer and who did not Link their Ebay account with Payoneer.

I am one of the victims who lost my Buying and Selling privileges at Ebay.com They told me to link my account with Payoneer, I did after submitting the required documents. Even after several months, I am yet to get confirmation from either Ebay or Payoneer.

Ebay removed All my Selling listings after their deadline to link the accounts with Payoneer.

In the U.S., sellers had to stop receiving payments via PayPal and directly use their bank accounts instead. I had some difficulty getting this to work correctly but eventually succeeded. Either way, I find it harder to sell things on eBay than in years past.
